Ingredients: b12, iodine, magnesium oxide, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, ltyrosine, schisandra powder, bladderwrack, ashwaganda, cayenne, kelp.
Directions for Use: Take (2) capsules a day preferably with food.
Why B12? There was a link between low vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels and anti-TPO antibodies in these patients, and these deficiencies were linked to autoimmune hypothyroidism..
Why iodine? an ingredient necessary for the synthesis of thyroid hormone. Iodine must be consumed as it cannot be produced by the body.
Why Zinc? a deficit can cause hypothyroidism because it is necessary for the generation of thyroid hormone.
Why selenium? By eliminating oxygen free radicals produced during the synthesis of thyroid hormones, selenium helps the thyroid’s antioxidant defense. Selenium is integrated into selenoproteins, which have a significant antioxidant activity.
Why copper? By regulating the body’s calcium levels, copper increases the generation of the thyroxine hormone T4 and prevents excessive T4 absorption in blood cells.
Why manganese Current data suggests that manganese can affect thyroid hormones directly by regulating the deiodinase enzymes.
Why molybdenum? the thyrocyte cell13. These are the thyroid’s cells in charge of producing and secreting thyroid hormones. Triiodo-l-thyronine (T3) is released from the thyroid gland by molybdenum.
Why schisandra powder? Seaweed can be an excellent and safe source of iodine. Schisandra Berry – Constituents in this amazing adaptogenic herb can increase T-4 hormone production and help in the conversion of T-4 to T-3 (2)
Why Bladderwrack?Bladderwrack contains high levels of iodine, a trace element that supports thyroid health by producing the thyroid hormones triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4). These hormones help regulate your metabolism and support proper growth and neurological development
Why ashwaganda? It has been used for centuries in alternative medicine. Preliminary research shows that it may improve thyroid levels in those with hypothyroidism. However, it may worsen the symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Therefore, you should consult your healthcare provider before taking ashwagandha for a thyroid condition
Why Cayenne? Cayenne Pepper contains a powerful substance capsaicin that helps people to overcome signs and symptoms of under-active thyroid
